 Working in containers\, silos and confined spaces pos
 es a high safety risk for the employees concerned and is one of the most d
 angerous activities of all. The limited size of the space\, the use of for
 ced postures during work and the difficulty of escaping additionally incre
 ase existing hazards. This is why accidents that occur during work in conf
 ined spaces and containers\, such as suffocation\, explosions or electrica
 l accidents\, unfortunately often end fatally. As a result\, it is imperat
 ive that work in confined spaces is not started until the employer or the 
 person in charge has taken all necessary protective measures and issued th
 e permit. It is a prerequisite that the risk assessment for instructing th
 ose affected is taken into account. In our training\, all potential hazard
 s when driving into containers\, silos and confined spaces are analysed an
 d necessary preventive and safety measures are presented in accordance wit
 h the current state of the art and technology. Practical examples illustra
 te the theoretical explanations.
